Questions: Discuss about the Project Contextfor Organizational Culture. Answers: The study materials and different contents of this study have helped me to understand the different perspectives of managing people and different types of activities within an organization. I wish to be a manager in my future professional life. In this context, I would like to focus in the area of different types of responsibilities a manager have in the practical field of managing an organization. The managers are the responsible person for taking the important decisions regarding the business activities as well as the organizational culture and structure. There are different types of managers in within a well structured organization. A manger may be an HR manager, an operation manager, a marketing manager or a project manager. Critical skills are mandatory for accomplishing the job of manager within an organization (Butler et al., 2015). As per the knowledge I have gathered in the course, the most important characteristic of a manager is the decision making skill. An organization r uns over the decision taken by the managers of the organizations in the different types of fields the organization has. In this area the managers need to consider the various aspects of the business operations and the future aim of the organization (Krschner et al., 2013). The managers need to consider the organization of work ad people within the organization by focusing on the business needs of the organization. It is common fact that all business organizations need a mentionable profit level in their business. The decision taken by the managers need to satisfy these main need of the business organization he or she is working for. In this area, the financial data of the business organization is very important. This data needs to be organized in a proper and effective way so that the manger can understand the past financial status of the organization and the present status of the organization. This information is also called the accounting information of the business organization (Ismail King, 2014). It is an important job of the mangers to organize all the important accounting data from the beginning to the end. These data are important for not only the financial calculation, it is also necessary to take effective business decisions for growing more in the business. In this current project, I would like to focus in the area of organizing the accounting information for the managers for supporting in the decision making process. At present, use of the information technology can be seen every corner of the business organization. Use of the information systems for organizing the needful information of the business organizations and handling the organizational processes is the most popular one (Lipi, Rama Agaraj, 2015). Accounting information system is one of the most popular information systems used within the big and medium business organizations. The managers are getting efficient help from the accounting information systems in the decision making process (Soudani, 2012). In this area, my research project will be conducted for understanding how the accounting information system will help me as a manager to organize the accounting related information and then use those information in the decision making process within the workplaces of the organiz ation. This project will help me to understand the managerial job role in practical field which will be very effective to develop a good professional life in future. References: Butler, M. J., O'Broin, H.
